SEATONCORP needs to be held accountable for its (illegl) hiring practices of illegal immigrants. Im sure that SEARS is not the only company they provide labor to across the u.s. My efforts to get a response for reporting this company has been futile. I am getting no response back. This happened in 2000. i had a problem working for a company that hires illegal and legal immgrants to staff companies nationwide. The name of the company is SEATONCORP based in chicago, illinois. I was hired as a supervisor back in 2000 to help staff a branch of SEARS near downtown los angeles. Here i turned away illegal immigrants who literally came in applying to work with typed social security cards and laminated identification cards. It was a practice to hire illegals there. When I started working there, I inadvertently did not hire illegals based on their false documents. As a result, the production floor at this company SEARS that SEATONCORP had as a client, manipulated the production floor and sent eligible, legal workers home early. I had to keep up with the floor every day. When I could not I was let go and told by my supervisor P. Ochoa that "this is not a corporation; under the right circumstances you will thrive." I have had a great deal of problems because of this job and what happened since then. SEATONCORP.
