•   Illumina GA2x and HiSeq2000 sequencing technology: NCI Sequencing Facility currently being staffed at the Advanced Technology Center by SAIC.

•   454 and Ion Torrent sequencing technology: Available services through the LMT*

•   Sanger sequencing technology, ABI 3730: Available services through the LMT*

•   ABI 3130XL fluorescence-based sequencer (DNA Sequencing MiniCore)**

•   Biotage PyroMark MD: Available services through the LMT*

*Laboratory of Molecular Technology
The LMT DNA Sequencing Laboratory provides standard and high-throughput sequencing, BAC sequencing, bi-sulfite sequencing, individual sample and next-generation 454 sequencing, and re-sequencing/mutation detection.

**DNA Sequencing MiniCore
The DNA Sequencing MiniCore Facility is designed to provide NCI investigators with rapid processing of their DNA sequence samples. The core accepts samples for DNA sequencing or GeneMapper analysis. The facility analyzes these samples using ABI 3130XL fluorescence-based sequencers. The MiniCore provides this service for small-to-intermediate volume users.

The core also has Nanostring Technologies nCounter instrumentation and offers digital gene expression services to the CCR community. In addition, the core offers both a Stratagene Real-Time PCR and an Agilent Microarray system; these systems are available to CCR investigators to reserve and use. There is no cost for the use of these instruments.
