Betsy Flagg is a Program Analyst in the Surveillance Research Program (SRP). She started working at SRP in April 2002 as a Program Specialist. Prior to her employment at SRP, Mrs. Flagg worked for the Association of American Railroads as a Manager and Assistant Manager in Quality Assurance, and collaborated with several different technical committees that wrote specifications for freight railcars. She attended college at the University of North Carolina and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music (voice performance).

Her current major duties include writing contracts and Interagency Agreements, managing budgets, and monitoring maintenance agreements for all of the video conference units throughout the SEER Registries.
