How do we select organizations to include here?
This is not a list of every organization that helps people with cancer and their families. The organizations we
display here must also meet certain criteria. Organizations must:
- Provide services or information to cancer patients and their families
- Share common goals with NCI
- Be national in scope
- Be non-profit
- Affirm the importance of scientific research and investigations of new approaches to cancer prevention, detection, and treatment
