The Program Managers for each of the ECS III Prime Contractors must designate one individual as their Authorized User Administrator. The Authorized User Administrator can grant other employees of their company access to all or a subset of their company’s ECS III information and the ability to perform certain functions, such as submitting proposals or viewing the company’s CLIN inventory. |
