Program Description

The purpose of the program is to begin educating children at an early age through parental involvement, to increase high school graduation rates among Indian parents, and to encourage life-long learning.

General Program Requirements

In order to qualify for this benefit program, you must be a Native American/American Indian who is a parent or primary caregiver responsible for children under the age of seven years, you must live on or near an Indian reservation, and you or a family member must be enrolled in a Federally recognized American Indian tribe or Alaska Native village.
