Program Description

The Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) provides support for domestic centers and programs for victims of torture. ORR seeks to use these funds to provide direct services to victims of torture, including treatment and rehabilitation, social and legal services, and research and training for health care providers to enable them to treat the physical and psychological effects of torture.

General Program Requirements

In order to qualify for this benefit program, you must be a victim of torture and a legal alien, national, citizen or permanent resident of the US.
