Program Description

The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) offers a variety of student internships and fellowships for graduate college students. The programs provide an opportunity to connect with the global community, gain insight into U.S. foreign policy and diplomacy, explore new career avenues and, most of all, acquire lifelong skills as you represent America to the world.

A sampling of graduate college student programs include:
  • American Council of Young Political Leaders (ACYPL)
  • Congress - Bundestag Youth Exchange Program (CBYX)
  • Critical Language Enhancement Awards (CLEA)
  • Critical Language Scholarship Program (CLS)
  • Fulbright U.S. Student Program
