Connecticut Weatherization Assistance Program
Program Description
The Weatherization Assistance Program was established to help low-income families and individuals decrease their home energy costs and to be attentive to energy-related health and safety issues in the home. The Weatherization Assistance Program of Connecticut is administered by the Department of Social Services.
General Program Requirements
In order to qualify for this benefit program, you must be a resident of the state of Connecticut.
In order to qualify you must also have an annual household income (before taxes) that is below the following amounts:

If you receive Supplemental Security Income or Aid to Families with Dependent Children, you are automatically eligible to receive weatherization services.
