Synopsis: Y77134X - Help Desk Institute Certification

The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to procure certification from the Help Desk Institute Support Center on a sole source basis from Think Service, Inc.

The Think Service, Inc./Help Desk Institute provides the only certification created specifically for support centers.

The proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to sponsor with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106. This notice of intent is not request for competitive proposals. This synopsis is for information purposes only. See Numbered Note 22 (changing 45 days to 5 days).
