Are any of the items available to download for free?
Many of the documents in this store are available to download and/or print for free. If an item is available to download or print, a link, or links, will be included on that item's Product Information screen. Items may be available in PDF, ASCII text, HTML, or Document format, and all formats may be printed or downloaded.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa or Mastercard as payment for your publications online store order. If you are paying via check or purchase order, please contact the AHRQ Publications Clearinghouse at 1-800-358-9295.

How can I order additional copies over the maximum order limit?

How can I view PDF files?
PDF files must be viewed with an Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have a copy, it can be downloaded for free from the Adobe web site.

How long does it take to get an order?
If the item is in stock when your order is placed, it will be shipped in 5 business days. You can expect to receive it within 10-14 days from the date you placed the order. If the item is not in stock and has been advance ordered, the item will be shipped shortly after it is received at our warehouse. Depending on the size of your order, you may receive multiple packages.

How can I expedite an order?
If you need to receive an in stock item sooner than 10-14 days, please call the AHRQ Publications Clearinghouse at 1-800-358-9295 to make arrangements for expedited shipping.

How will I know if my order has been successfully submitted?
When your order is submitted, the system will display a confirmation screen with your official order number. You will also receive an order confirmation via e-mail.

How can I order an item not available on this site?

Why do you need my telephone number?
We request a daytime telephone number in case there is a problem with the shipping or delivery of your order. We do not share or sell this information.

Can my order be shipped to a P.O. Box?
In general, we prefer to a physical street address versus a P.O. Box when shipping your order because we ship many orders via traceable methods and the carrier will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
