The current master contact is the 2007 GSA SmartPay2 Master Contract.

GSA SmartPay2 Master Contract:

In 2007, GSA contracted with three banks to provide purchase, travel, fleet, and integrated charge card services. Collectively, these contracts are known as the GSA SmartPay2 “Master Contract”.

The current banks are:

  • Citibank
  • JPMorgan Chase Bank
  • U.S. Bank

The GSA SmartPay® program provides charge cards to agencies/departments throughout the U.S. government, as well as tribal governments, through master contracts that are negotiated with major national banks.

SmartPay® Charge Cards are for Official U.S. Government usage only.
