Thank you for your patience and understanding during the repairs and cleaning process. I’m happy to announce that the Building 31 Fitness Center will reopen on Tuesday, March 5th at 5:15am and resume to normal hours of operation.

Due to the extensive damages in the Martial Arts Studio will remain CLOSED until further notice.  All group fitness classes in Building 31 will remain cancelled. Please continue to attend the Group Fitness Classes scheduled in The Loft. We are looking into other options for another location for the classes that were held in the Martial Arts Studio in Building 31.

Free Demo: Bands, Balls, and Bells:
Create your own home gym for under $100

A home fitness workout is essential to maintaining a consistent exercise program.  Despite the message and the appeal of TV infomercials, a home gym does not have to be expensive.  For most exercisers, a stability ball ($30), a resistance tube with handles ($20), VERSA Loop resistance band ($10), a jump rope ($10) and a hand weight or
kettlebell ($30) is all that is needed for a challenging cardio and strength workout at home.  In addition, the portability of this equipment means that it can be taken along on vacations and business trips.  The R&W personal trainers are experts at developing total body home fitness programs using minimal equipment.  In these demonstration sessions the trainers will provide tips on buying equipment and demonstrate exercises for beginners, intermediates, and advanced exercisers.
