Course Scope:
A great course that will enable a familiarization of contract types, an understanding of contract formats, clause usage and application, typical terms and conditions, and representations and certifications (reps & certs). We'll also look at the things the consummate COTR (contracting officer's technical representative) will monitor, will keep on file and expect to do to best support the program, the program manager, the contracting officer and the interests of the Department of Homeland Security. This course ties contract basics and expectations of the COTR to gain the perspective about how contract objectives and the COTR should all work together to ensure successful outcomes.

This half-day workshop is part of a six-part series. The six workshops are run back-to-back over a three day period. You may register for one, two or all workshops individually.
