New From NCFY: Professional Development Videos for Youth Workers
NCFY is pleased to announce that we are adding video to the menu of products we offer to help you serve young people and families as effectively as possible.
In our first series, "What's Your Elevator Speech?", we asked youth workers to give us their best pitches telling viewers what their organization does to help youth--and why viewers should support it.
Watch the first video, which features Susan Harmon, of National Safe Place, a nonprofit that links runaway and homeless youth and other young people in crisis to the services and safe haven they need. And look for additional videos in the coming months.
Update:
Watch new videos, featuring:
- Deborah Phillips of Seton Youth Shelters in Virginia Beach, Virginia
- Steve Sterling of Cocoon House in Everett, Washington
- Mike Martin of Diogenes Youth Services in Sacramento, California
- Cindy Williams of Loving Arms, Inc. in Baltimore, Maryland
