Disease Description:
Pick’s disease is a rare progressive disorder that usually affects the frontal and temporal lobes of the brain, i.e., those areas generally associated with personality and behavior. In this condition, these portions of the brain atrophy (shrink).

General Study Procedures:
The research studies listed below are currently open for enrollment for adult subjects. Patients with a diagnosis of Pick’s disease will be evaluated using neuroimaging, neuropsychological, genetic, and other research methods. The needs of the caregiver are also addressed and recommendations are made at the conclusion of the evaluation. Please see the links below for the procedures and eligibility criteria. There is no cost for participation or for any tests associated with the research.
