NCUA Regulations

NCUA’s regulations are on the Electronic Code of Federal Regulations (e-CFR) webpage, which is a currently updated version of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) produced by the National Archives and Records Administration's Office of the Federal Register (OFR) and the Government Printing Office. The OFR updates the material in the e-CFR on a daily basis. The e-CFR is not an official legal edition of the CFR.

To go to the NCUA Regulations on the e-CFR, select 700-799 when you click here.

NCUA reviews all of its regulations every three years.

NCUA also issues a semi-annual agenda, which is published in the Federal Register and posted by the Office of Management and Budget, along with those of other agencies. To see NCUA’s most current semi-annual agenda, click here.
