IMPORTANT WBSCM NOTICES

ATTN: USDA eAuthentication Help Desk Changes Effective October 1, 2012

USDA eAuthentication Help Desk is implementing a few changes in order to improve their services to end users.

Below are the changes that users can expect in the eAuth Help Desk as of October 1, 2012:

  • Expanded support hours - 24x7 eAuthentication Helpdesk support
  • Live chat - Instantly chat with an eAuthentication Helpdesk agent
  • Increased helpdesk agents - More agents will be available to resolve issues or answer your questions

NOTE:

A new ticketing system has been implemented effective October 1.

All pre-existing eAuthentication tickets not resolved by 9/30 will require a new ticket to be opened with the eAuthentication help desk on, or after, 10/1.
