The Subcontractor shall perform all work associated with Plumbing as identified in the construction documents including but not limited to the following: Plumbing rough-in, top-out, & fixture trim per plans Wall-hung lavatories with sensor faucets and carriers Under mount stainless steel sink with lever handle faucet {S-l} Under mount stainless steel with lever handle faucet {S-2} Under mount stainless steel sink with sensor faucet {S-3} Under mount stainless steel sink with lever handle faucet {S-4} In-sinkerator disposal FD-1 with trap primers FD-2 with trap primers Ice maker boxes with valves Electric water coolers with carriers Hot water circulating pumps Gas water heaters Terrazzo floor-mount mop sinks with wall-mount faucets Expansion tanks Chrome hose bibs Encased wall hydrants Wall-hung waterless urinals with carriers Wall-hung commodes with manual flush valves and carriers Thermostatic mixing valves RPZ for cooling tower make-up water Domestic water piping for make-up Meter with box for cooling tower make-up water Pipe insulation Gas piping for building equipment Excavation and haul-off for underground plumbing Testing as required by code Bacteria test for domestic water in building Sanitary pipe Sewer stubbed out to line Domestic water stubbed out to the line Domestic hot water solar for water heater serving shower area Sump pump for elevator shaft Domestic water piping per plans and specifications. Under slab sewer and domestic piping per plans and specifications Fire safing at own penetrations in fire rated partitions
