The Federal Leadership Portal is a place for leaders in public service to learn, share ideas, solve problems, and inspire each other.
Leadership development is a collaborative process that looks for best practices among our collective experience. This Portal is cooperative space for leaders from across government, the private sector, NGOs, and academia. Together, we aggregate our knowledge and resources, align our priorities, and celebrate our accomplishments as we work to bring value to the American People.
At the heart of the portal is a neighborhood for leaders and innovators to collaborate and solve problems of global significance. But the Portal is also a place for the community to share best practices, discuss current leadership topics, point to examples of exemplary initiatives that embody innovative leadership, and serve as a repository for resources.
In short, the Portal is a community for people with an interest in driving effective public service from the grass-roots. We embrace the principals of human centered design, radical collaboration, and contemporary leadership to promote a new paradigm in public governance.
