OPM Consultants can provide an evaluation of agency telework policies. Consultation includes a report of findings and recommendations on methods to improve or strengthen agency policies. This ensures agencies have the essential building blocks for the development of successful performance management programs and plans for the telework environment. To assist in these efforts, OPM developed a Telework Reference Guide and checklists for Telework Policy, Telework Agreements, and Telework Readiness and Safety. These facilitate the evaluation of and consultation on telework policies.
