Pay and Allowances Continuation (PAC) is an entitlement that allows a Wounded Warrior to continue receiving Special and Incentive Pays they were receiving at the time the medevaced and/or were assigned/attached to a WTU for an injury/illness/wound incurred while in a combat zone.
