ACADEMIA At the National Security Agency/Central Security Service (NSA/CSS), we believe that securing our nation's future requires a strong commitment to the education of America's future generations.

In support of this critical commitment, NSA/CSS maintains numerous academic partnerships at every phase of the educational process. Our commitment starts in the local community and extends across the country to provide numerous education opportunities for American students.

This Month's Featured Program

Our Mathematics Education Partnership Program (MEPP) promotes courses related to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics at non-profit educational institutions across the country through tutoring, mentoring, and other enrichment activities. The MEPP staff coordinates multiple programs, including the Mathematics Speakers Bureau, science fair judges, school partnerships, excess equipment donations, and the Presidential Classroom. The MEPP staff also organizes hundreds of NSA/CSS participants and provides financial support for numerous other activities through grants and cooperative agreements.

"Our need for scientists, technicians, engineers and mathematicians has never been greater. Technology changes quickly; NSA must change just as quickly to keep pace with our adversaries."
