Operating Under a Continuing Resolution

The NIH is currently operating under a Continuing Resolution (CR), which allows NCCAM to operate through March 27, 2013, at a budget level approximating the FY 2012 level of $128.0 million. Until the FY 2013 appropriation is finalized, NCCAM will issue non-competing research grant awards at a level below that indicated on the most recent Notice of Award (up to 90% of the previously committed level). Once NCCAM receives its appropriation from Congress, the FY 2013 funding strategy will be developed.
