Fogarty has partnered with the Fulbright Program, the flagship international educational exchange program sponsored by the U.S. government, to promote the expansion of research in public health and clinical research in resource-limited settings for both medical or graduate student fellows and postdoctoral scholars.
Fellows Fulbright-Fogarty Fellowships inaugurated in July 2011 with fellows in sub-Saharan Africa, and expanded to include countries in Asia and Latin America in subsequent years. View a list of eligible countries for the Fulbright-Fogarty Awards in Public Health. Applicants are encouraged to communicate by email with the contacts listed on individual country pages.
