The CDR Help Desk is available to provide technical and functional support.

CDR Help Desk Hours:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday

CDR System Hours:

Primary Hours: Monday - Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Eastern)
  The primary business hours are those during which institutions can access the CDR without any anticipated system downtime or interruption.
Secondary hours: All other times.
  The secondary business hours are those during which there may be system downtime and institutions may not be able to access the CDR.
