This is poster number thirty-one and the title is Recovering Valuable Live Resources. This dark maroon poster depicts how thawed mouse cells can be used to retrieve a mouse strain when recovered embryos are used to impregnate live mice. Moving from the upper left side of the poster and proceeding downward diagonally there is a vial of blue frozen cells with the caption Cryoperserved (Frozen) Cells followed by a grouping of nine purple embryos with yellow borders and the caption Recovered Embryos. Finally, a cartoon-like white mouse nursing three pink pups with the caption Recovered Animals located in the bottom right corner of the poster. On the bottom left side is a list of bulleted statements as follows; Reduces Animal Use, Preserves Genetic Integrity and Provides Resources for Future Study through Colony Recovery.
