Support Service Providers (NCI-licensed)
Is your company interested in becoming a licensed caBIG® Support Service Provider? Applications for the Support Service Provider Program are accepted on a regular basis. Learn more and apply to be a Support Service Provider for caBIG®.
Support Service Providers (SSP) are third-party organizations licensed by the NCI to provide high quality, hands-on comprehensive technical and end-user support in areas such as software installation, enhancement and customization, documentation, end-user training, and help-desk support under fee-for-services agreements with the contracting organizations.
Steps to engaging with an SSP to help install, customize, or use caBIG® applications:
- Review the caBIG® capabilities or specific applications to determine what applications or resources are of interest.
- Review A Quick Glance: caBIG® Support Service Providers Tools and Services or visit the SSP page to quickly see which caBIG® applications and services are supported by each SSP.
- Identify one or more SSPs who might be able to help and access links for each SSP on the Support Service Providers page to go to their website.
- Contact the SSP directly and negotiate a contract with them to address your needs.
