Sure it's easier to say yes, but at what price to your peace of mind? Here's why saying no may be a healthier option for stress relief.
Be honest with yourself. Is your plate piled too high with deadlines and obligations that you're trying to squeeze in between meetings? Are you trying to cram too many activities into too little time? If so, stress relief can be as straightforward as just saying no. (Authors)

As outreach worker with certain target population.A person will be saving no alot. I think it very important to have clear discription of who you are servicing. I find out I am saving no most of the time. A important item to have other referrals sources you can hand out. I remind myself that I can't help everyone.
