OWH funded the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) to revise the cardiovascular guidelines for the prevention and diagnosis of heart disease in women, and to develop train-the-trainer sessions for nurses in the application of these guidelines. A copy of the guidelines can be ordered through the AWHONN website.
