Digital Strategy

ABOUT THE DIGITAL STRATEGY

The Digital Government Strategy is a federal government initiative to help federal agencies improve the digital services they deliver to citizens.

Background: Citizens expect federal agencies to provide digital information and services anytime, anywhere, and on any device. Agencies must deliver these services safely, securely, with fewer resources, and in new ways. To help federal agencies meet this new and improved level of service, the federal government created the Digital Strategy as a roadmap to provide guidance and tools to agencies.

In this section, federal agencies will:

• Learn what they are to do and when
• Find guidelines for improving service to citizens
• Find guidance, best practices, and tools to help them implement the Strategy
