Mission Statement

The National Birth Defects Center (NBDC), established in 1984, provides diagnosis and treatment to children born with birth defects, genetic diseases and mental retardation throughout the New England area. The Center consists of physicians and consultants in Pediatrics, Genetics, Orthopedics, Cardiology, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Endocrinology, Craniofacial Surgery, Plastic Surgery and other specialities. In addition, the Center hosts satellite clinics at various locations throughout Massachusetts.
