Mission Statement

To emphasize that early and continuous prenatal care is essential for the health of an unborn baby and the well-being of an expectant mother. In addition, to help pregnant women and their families find nearby prenatal care the federal Maternal and Child Health Bureau has established a new toll-free 800 numbers for Spanish and English-speakers. The campaign hopes to help reduce the nation's alarmingly high rate of infant mortality.
