Imaris services allow researchers and scientists to visualize and analyze microscopic image data. Imaris services also provide licenses to use Imaris and associated modules, including MeasurementPro, Coloc, Track, FilamentTracer, and XT.
Customer Benefits
Imaris services provide a complete set of features for working with three-dimensional multi-channel images of any size, using any widely accepted image format combining speed, precision, and ease-of-use. Imaris can be used to automatically or manually identify objects based on intensity, size, visualize volume images, and objects in real time. Because Imaris software is managed centrally, license sharing among NIH laboratories makes lower software and maintenance costs possible.
