    Replacement of CE Statement of Credit and Certificate of Completion (non-CE)

    To replace a lost CE Statement of Credit or a Certificate of Completion (non-CE) go to the Contact Us page and provide your name, contact information, and the purpose for the contact. We will check your Statement of Credit status against our records and mail a copy of your statement or certificate to you.

    CDER's activities are at no cost to the user; therefore, refunds are not applicable.

    Privacy Policy

    For Internet activities, the only tracking allowed will be information that indicates that a given individual took a quiz on a given date with a particular score. At the end of the session, when the browser is closed, the tracking information will be removed from the Internet.
