Special National Aggregate Reports**

**A consolidated PDF file that includes only pricing information tables for loans with application dates between 10-01-2009 and 12-31-2009 with one exception that the HOEPA loans reflect activity for the full year. A separate Information Sheet and Notes provide specific details for the Special 2009 National Aggregate Reports.

The presentation of the 2009 HMDA data reflects 2008 amendments to Regulation C that revised the rule for reporting pricing information on higher-priced loans. The changes only affect tables that include loan pricing information. Two different reports are provided to help fully disclose all pricing information to the public.
