The following statement is made by Brigham Young University, the lead institution for the consortium from whose collections the materials reproduced here are drawn.
The source materials converted to digital form for the Trails to Utah and the Pacific collection are mounted for display and study with the permission of any known rightsholders. The process of digitization and presentation by Brigham Young University and other contributing institutions has generated additional materials and content, including computer code/tags, the selection, coordination and arrangement (compilation) of the collection, original artwork, graphics, images, and text.
