Veterans Retraining Assistance Program (VRAP)
VRAP offers 12 months of training assistance to Veterans who are between 35 to 60 years old. Eligible participants will receive up to 12 months of training. Currently, for full time the amount is $1,473 a month. You can learn more by "clinking" on this link: education

Begining July 1, 2011 you can have 'VETERAN' put on your state drivers license or ID. Simply take your DD-214 that shows an 'Honorable' discharge to your nearest Drivers License office and pay any renewal fees.
