FelCom - WALS

The NIH Director's Wednesday Afternoon Lectures Series includes weekly scientific talks by some of the world's top researchers in the biomedical sciences. All lectures are held in Jack Masur Auditorium, Building 10 of the NIH main campus, and are open to the public. Unless indicated otherwise, the lectures begin at 3:00 p.m. The lectures may be accessed from personal computers via NIH's videocasting on the internet and are available on videotape at the NIH Library, Bldg. 10, approximately one week after the lecture date.

Post-doctoral fellows (IRTA, CRTA, Clinical, Visiting, and Research) and graduate students interested in attending the FAES sponsored WALS lunches that occur weekly on the NIH Bethesda campus can apply using the link below. Submission to this site does NOT guarantee your attendance, as attendance is determined on a first-come, first-served basis, so please be sure to sign up early for the lunches that interest you! One week prior to the lunch, fellows and students will be emailed notifying them whether they are a registered participant or were put on the wait list. Any seat cancellations go to those on the wait list in the order in which they signed up.
