Can I submit the Public Health Service (PHS) 2590 form electronically?
No, at this time, non-competing continuation applications are to continue to be mailed in hard copy directly to the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). For further details, refer to the notice issued in the November 30, 2004, NIH Guide at http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/notice-files/NOT-HS-05-004.html.
