Under DoD Policy, access to ATRRS and ATRRS related sites may require a Common Access Card or CaC. ATRRS CaC validation is an opportunity to test your CaC for operation with ATRRS and ATRRS related sites prior to accessing the actual sites.
Unfortunately, we are unable to validate your CaC.
We are unable to determine the specific cause, but your CaC could not be validated by ATRRS.
You will need to contact your local IT support or the issuer of your CaC to resolve issues.
