Executive Office

This Executive Office provides management oversight and guidance to NCCAM's business and administrative components in support of the Center's mission. A primary responsibility of the Executive Office is to ensure that NCCAM is practicing responsible stewardship through developing human resources, establishing effective leadership, management and administrative practices, and engineering business activities for efficiency. The Executive Office oversees the Office of Administrative Operations, which encompasses administrative management and financial management. NCCAM's technology transfer, ethics, internal controls, and information technology programs are also managed within the Executive Office.

Office of Administrative Operations

The Office of Administrative Operations consists of the several components, including the Administrative Office, Budget Office, Ethics Office, Management Analysis Office and the Information Technology Office. These components provide support to NCCAM's senior management as well as front line administrative support to the Center's internal and external customers.
