Linda Kegler’s blood pressure was creeping up, and she knew she needed to lose a few pounds. Her feet ached and she would often tire out during her shift as a custodian.
UA Cooperative Extension is offering classes designed to teach job skills and nutrition information to homeless men and women in Phoenix. The class is the result of a partnership between the Maricopa County Human Services Campus and UA Cooperative Extension, part of the UA College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
