The Administration for Children and Families will fund programs that provide technical assistance, training, and practical resources related to children, youth, and families and child welfare. The program will help to enhance data systems for child welfare and workforce agencies.
The Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration will fund pilot projects that put in place the Pay for Success model of workforce development. State and local government agencies responsible for workforce development and federally recognized Tribal governments are eligible to apply.
