Welcome to the Jump$tart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy

Jump$tart is a national coalition of organizations dedicated to improving the financial literacy of pre-kindergarten through college-age youth by providing advocacy, research, standards and educational resources. Jump$tart strives to prepare youth for life-long successful financial decision-making.

Jump$tart names U.S. Senator Kay Hagan (D-NC) to receive its 2013 Federal Leadership Award. Join us on Friday, April 26, 2013 for Financial Literacy Day on Capitol Hill at the Cannon House Office Building. Annamaria Lusardi, Ph.D. will accept the William E. Odom Visionary Leadership Award at Jump$tart's annual awards dinner, April 23. Congratulations to Colorado Jump$tart, 2013 State Coalition of the Year! 		2013 Annual Awards Dinner Each year, the Jump$tart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy celebrates Financial Literacy Month with a gala dinner in Washington, DC, which brings together about 300 of the nation’s leaders in the financial literacy effort and recognizes outstanding achievements in this campaign. Next year, “Chalking Up Financial Literacy!” will be held Tuesday, April 23, 2013, at the Renaissance Washington, DC Hotel.
