The Rotunda of the National Archives Building in downtown Washington, DC, contains the permanent exhibit of the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independence. Suitland, MD

• Records Center Research Room (requires originating agency approval)

The Washington National Records Center (WNRC) in Suitland, Maryland, provides records management services to headquarters and field offices of Federal agencies located in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia. It also serves Federal Courts located in the District of Columbia and Armed Forces worldwide.

Federal Register

The Office of the Federal Register (OFR) provides access to the official text of:

• Federal Laws
• Presidential Documents
• Administrative Regulations and Notices
• Descriptions of Federal Organizations, Programs and Activities

We also administer the Electoral College and the Constitutional Amendment process.
