Labor-Management Relations

Labor Relations, together with Employee Accountability, form the Partnership and Labor Relations program office within Employee Services in the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. Labor Relations provides technical expertise to the Director of OPM and federal agencies on issues arising under the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute. Labor Relations also facilitates training and collaboration among agencies on issues concerning labor unions. Finally, Labor Relations consults at the national level with labor organizations, agency managers and labor relations officials in the development of human resource policy and on Government rules, regulations, and binding directives affecting conditions of employment.
