Parties interested in filing a complaint about an information dissemination product disseminated by the FCC, or appealing the resolution of a complaint about an information dissemination prodcut covered by the FCC's Information Quality Guidelines should first read Appendix A, Section 4 of the guidelines (pages 9-10).

Please DO NOT use this form if your concern or complaint is about activities of the industries regulated by the FCC. Typical of these type of concerns are obscenity or indecency during a radio or television broadcast, billing or telephone service issues, or violations of do-not-call or do-not-fax rules.
