Red Light Display System Login

Welcome to the Red Light Display (RLD) system, a tool that allows you to check your current Red Light status with the FCC. To get started, log in with your FCC Registration Number (FRN) and password.

Any debt items found will prevent you from receiving benefits from the FCC until the delinquency is resolved; the system will indicate that you have a RED light status and lists all delinquent debt items. The absence of delinquent debt items results in a GREEN light status and enables you to receive FCC benefits.

After logging in with your secure FCC Registration Number (FRN) and password, the RLD system will search for delinquent debt items for the FRN used to log in as well as all FRNs with the same Tax Payer Identification Number (TIN).

If you resolve a debt item that is causing a RED light status, the FCC's financial systems, including the RLD system, may not be immediately updated. The RLD system is updated once each business day at about 7 a.m., ET.
