Army Substance Abuse Program
 
 
The Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP) is a repository for a continuum of programs and services developed and designed to support the mission of Fort Riley. The Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP) supports 1st Infantry Division Commanders with proactive programs that focus on prevention education and training. The following programs are implemented: *A two-day Unit Prevention Leaders (UPL) Certification Course conducted by the IBCP staff monthly, at the Digital Learning Center.
